Description

In breaking news, Trump just lost his 4th major case in 4 days, with Harvard proving to a federal judge that she should reinstate their $2.2 billion in Federal research grants because Trump cancelled them in violation of their First Amendment and other constitutional rights. Michael Popok takes a close look at the summary judgment order and Judge Burroughs observation that the Trump Administration callously “used antisemitism as a smokescreen for a targeted ideologically-motivated assault on” Harvard. Thank goodness the lower courts in this country are fighting the good fight. The Robert's court, however, will go down on the wrong side of history. One of the most ethically and morally corrupt scotus in my little old lady life. Keep up the good work, Popok. You are a blessing to we the people.

As an academic, I’m very happy to see that the oldest and most prestigious institution of higher education will not be denied funding to continue to make contributions to mankind and the American people. The felon president being halted from trying to micromanage the university is a major victory for Harvard; and will set a precedent for other private and public universities in my humble opinion.
