In breaking news, the 9th Circuit, led by 2 Trump-appointed judges, has issued an Administrative Stay of Judge Breyer’s temporary restraining order, which had found that Trump acted illegally and unconstitutionally to take over the California National Guard and returned control to Governor Newsom.
