My key takeaway from most of your videos seems to be that my life is lacking sumac.
Don't forget, you can use these rubs on any meat, and you can also cook in an oven or air fryer if the weather isn't helping. Let me know what flavours you'd like to see turned into a rub.
Could you perhaps one day make a video dedicated to showing how to make a variety of rubs and seasonings to flavor different meats and vegetables? There's many seasoning ingredients available but I honestly don't know what to mix with what and how much to use. Sincerely...
I have been devoted to YouTube for years to learn to cook. Mediterranean cuisine is my favorite. I have also inspired my children greatly in expanding their knowledge and culinary tastes. Believe me when I say, I will be making this (all 3 versions) with my children next week. Boy am I excited to taste the differences. Thx so much.
I used the moroccan spice rub on half an eggplant then threw it on the grill. Amazing! thankyou
I made up all three and I've used the Turkish one with excellent results. If the other two are anywhere near as good, you've got three winners and definite keepers. Thank you keep up the good work.
Love the variants for marinating with the different spice mixes. Great attention to detail!
One of the very best cooking channels on here.
Getting warm outside so time to whip out this video again 😁
This is such a great idea! I'm going to expand it for other dry rubs. Thank you!
