I always find long runs the most enjoyable, especially nice long Sunday morning runs in London along the Thames. I call it exercising and sightseeing at the same time.

Just did my first HM following your plan, and was able to hit my goal of sub 2 (1:55). Now a much needed recovery time as towards the end I started to deal with some knee pain
