Haha, just came back from a longrun (a bit more than 27k) and now he uploads this. That‘s what I call perfect timing.
I always find long runs the most enjoyable, especially nice long Sunday morning runs in London along the Thames. I call it exercising and sightseeing at the same time.
I wish one of my friends would agree to be my cycling supply mule 😂😂😂 how nice would that be
Just did my first HM following your plan, and was able to hit my goal of sub 2 (1:55). Now a much needed recovery time as towards the end I started to deal with some knee pain

Good advice! I also advice either slow down or reduce distance depends on sleep night before or weather etc
