A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

There’s usually “nothing to worry about” just about the time the sht is about to hit the fan.
What people forget is shares are not money. You want as many shares as possible. The more shares you have the more they are worth when the market starts growing. When you see shares dropping it means you can buy more for cheaper. Once the market goes back up you will be very happy you got them for these cheaper prices
