Without bad reviews, bad products just live longer and disappoint more people than they should.
If one review can kill your company, your product wasn't good to begin with.
Nobody is entitled to having a successful business. Maybe don't make bad products if you don't want to go bankrupt?
People are essentially arguing that you're too popular to be honest. That's absolutely absurd.
A bad product hurts my pocket. An honest review hurts the company that wants to hurt my pocket.
A reviewer does not owe a company a good review, they owe their audience an honest assessment of a product to allow for informed descisions.
