Hands Down: One of the most authentic episodes yet. Raw-Unfiltered-Yet Polished. More of this, please.
Freaking awesome Episode. Honesty one of the most information dense, actionable episodes in a long time. Thanks Sam
Sam, you’re the Man! This could’ve easily been a 60-minute episode or a whole book… but somehow you packed it into 20 minutes. Legend. The big idea I liked: in an AI world, execution gets cheaper and easier, so taste becomes leverage. Not just in design or fashion, but in products, writing, websites, branding, even how you present yourself. Also loved the framework: Figure out what you want to say or do. Copy people who already do it well. Learn the rules underneath it. Then rince & repeat, and study the history. And the Braun radio > Dieter Rams > Steve Jobs chain was such a strong example. Most “great” things are really just taste passed down and remixed well. This one will become a classic.
The images and editing made this incredible. Particularly when Sam started talking about liking the styles. He actually looked like he could fit into the photo.

Early in his career, Hunter Thompson sat at a typewriter and manually re‑typed Hemingway’s novel A Farewell to Arms (as well as Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby and other works) so he could “feel” the rhythm, pacing, and sentence structure of great prose.
One of the best episodes, I laughed at your fashion choices because I came to a similar conclusion.
Wonderful Sam, please more episodes on this and how your proocess evolves! 🎉❤
This video is filled with easy-to-understand wisdom. I will be showing it to my 14-year-old son.
I missed the “That’s it that’s the pod”. Great episode Sam!!!
