I worked at Cheesecake Factory for 4 years and I would argue that you can eat at Cheesecake Factory for 600 days in a row and not have the same meal
As a kitchen manager at the Cheesecake Factory I really enjoy this video ….its a very chaotic restaurant and I love it cause it NEVER gets boring we literally add items and take items off the menu every six months
Pretty much all trees have sap, but what's unique about maple is the high sugar levels. Most tree saps do not contain enough sugar to be easily concentrated into a shelf stable syrup. Sugar maple has 2+% sugar, other trees are commonly <0.5%. Maple syrup is already fairly expensive with a 40:1 sap:syrup yield, birch has a 100:1 ratio and is proportionately more expensive. Most other trees yield even lower so would cost even more, and that's if they actually taste good.
i have never had anything from the cheesecake factory menu that wasn’t surprisingly delicious
I got the key lime cheesecake, and it genuinely made me cry, it was just that good.
I think great brownies can be much better than fudge or cake, but brownie recipes are often "meh," so it's not very consistent. Some brownies are more fudgy - to the point where it's like, "why not just have some fudge instead?" - while some are more cakey, to the point where it's like "why not just have some cake instead?" But I've had plenty of good brownies that are in between those two spectrums, and they hit in a unique way that fudge or cake can't accomplish. I also prefer how brownies work in terms of my teeth biting into them and chewing them - fudge can be too dense and stick to my teeth too much, but if I still want something denser than cake, then brownies are the way to go (unless they're especially fudgy, which would cause the same issues with my teeth). I like that perfect middle-ground where the brownie's nice and soft, with just a bit of chew. Denser than cake, but not as dense as fudge. It becomes its own thing.
