Go thru the effort of getting Caribbean CBI and now lose EU visa free access. Try out Portuguese Golden Visa and get told to wait 10+ years. Go to another country and they change tax or crypto rules. Go to another and they change residency requirements. Getting more difficult.
this is so relatable
South Sudan passports are made of pressed cassava leaves. You can nibble on a page while you wait for your flight.
Andrew could you please give your updated thoughts on Mexico. I know you use to speak very highly of Mexico, but would love a 2026 update of your thoughts and reasons.
Great informative video.
Hi Andrew, I wanted to thank you for your advice! I had one (United States) Passport when I first found your channel on Youtube! I now have three…added Ireland and Canada through decent. Ireland was relatively easy, but Canada took some work (mostly time). I applied for my Mom’s Canadian Citizenship first betting that the “Lost Canadians” legislation would become law. It did last year, and long story made short I received my Canadian Passport a few months ago. I became a Mexican Temporary Resident in 2021 (I kept myself busy during the pandemic) and in early 2025 I became a Mexican Permanent Resident. I am now eligible for Mexican Citizenship. I will start my application for Mexican Citizenship later this year! I live in Mexico full time at the moment and I’m planning to “implement” a trifecta strategy. All of this costs, maybe, $1,000 - $1,500 (maximum). Thanks again for the motivation and advice. It can be done! You are right, It feels empowering to have options! Hard to explain that feeling (freedom)!
I watched Gary's ch4 documentary .. you make a valid point.
And I can't help thinking about what he said for the 99% of the population....we just want our comforts and don't deserve xxxx
Thanks Andrew
