He breaks down how Ireland offers both a citizenship-by-descent option and a business-friendly path to naturalization in just five years. For Americans, Canadians, Australians, and others outside the EU, this is one of the fastest and most respected ways to get a top-tier European passport. Mr. Henderson also covers Ireland’s non-dom tax program, the benefits of having a neutral passport, and how to legally minimize your tax burden while building a long-term Plan B in Europe. A better one is moving to Portugal, attending a University that offers English Speaking Classes and getting an education for 5 years. This counts toward Citizenship.

We spend our summers in Ireland and I couldn’t agree more with Andrew’s take, it really is one of the easiest and most enjoyable countries to live in. The government is surprisingly straightforward to deal with, the people are incredibly friendly, and everything just works. This is by far the clearest and most helpful video I’ve seen on how to live in Ireland and work toward citizenship. Well done!

Another option would be if you have a citizenship from a former Spanish empire country, like most of Latin America, Philippines, etc. And move to Spain for 2y on a non-work visa (living e.g. from your foreign passive income) and after 2y yo can become a dual citizen.
