My wife was hemorrhaging 5 weeks after birth, lost over a gallon of blood and needed emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. Insurance denied our clam because the surgery was “unnecessary.” This was due to a coding error made at the hospital and we soon had it solved. I have no faith in health insurance companies after that.

Don't forget the Chevron-Texaco Ecuador lawsuit, where 30,000 people were exposed to an oil spill that Chevron refused to clean up (and that they ended up causing an excess rate of cancer in the locals) !! The man who headed the lawsuit ended up being put in jail because he didn't want to turn in his electronic devices to CHEVRON's forensic experts, not the government's, Chevrons.
