Fun fact, attempting escape in Germany will not get you another charge. The reason for this is because German courts have ruled that it is the natural human instinct to escape confinement and as a result, you cannot fault someone for doing ALSO: That does NOT mean it isn't illegal! Many people don't understand the distinction between something not adding a charge to your case and something not being illegal. Essentially, if you attempt to escape, it's not like you are just allowed to do so. You will still be tracked down and detained. But so long as you do not harm, any persons or property in your escape, you will just be returned to wherever/whoever you escaped from.

I like the idea that he had this genius escape plan that would have worked if he didn't forget he was afraid of the dark.

fun fact if you get trespassed from a hospital, they cannot deny you care if you are dying. they will treat and stabilize you and once it’s safe they will kick you out. it’s part of EMTALA law
