Cassie's reaction when she figured out Holdor's paradox is why I watch her enjoying these shows. He dies in the future, holding the door, and experiencing his own death across time burned his brain to the point of only being able to speak the one word, and keep a simple mind. He knew when he was going to die, to the very minute. He did what he was supposed to do, which reached back in time to change him into what he always was meant to be. Brandon Stark's only means of escape. At the cost of his life. That realization got Cassie to cover her mouth with both hands in shock. It hit everyone with the same strength, I assure you, Cassie. Even one such as I, morbid and downright sinister at times, was equally surprised. :)
