It was Nymeria. When Arya said "It's not you" she meant that it wasn't Nymeria's true nature to be a tamed pet at Winterfell, just as it wasn't Arya's true nature to be a tame lady.
In Season 4, Episode 3: "Breaker of Chains". The Hound while traveling with Arya, accepts food and shelter from a farmer and his daughter only to take his silver afterward, justifying it because the farmer and his daughter would not survive the coming winter. They were the two he was digging a grave for, that's why he didn't want to stay there and was sorry they were both dead.
Sounds a little odd to say, but I think the jump cuts are less distracting than the weird fades.

Poor Theon had PTSD and his trauma came back strong. Also, his chances to save his sister to me were null. The uncle would have kill her before fighting him.

I think she might be ready for Breaking Bad.
