Did you miss that computer voice at the end? That the daughter Justine is the ”mystery” telephone voice. And the puzzle on the wall he finished as a boy, and that he solved it upside down.
33:30 "who is the British lady?" they just showed you, it's the girl that helped him with the puzzle, it's why they show a photo of them together as kids, so you'd know there was more there than that one quick interaction and of course, you hear her use the word "dreamboat" again...

Anna Kendrick based her character on her mother, a real accountant who went over the script and explained the maths to her daughter.
The British lady is the girl who handed him the puzzle piece as kids AND the voice that's been helping him the whole time. Friends for life!
“Spent my whole life only recognizing my lucky breaks when they were gone.” Something I bet almost everyone can relate to.
Notice that his "self-therapy" involves exactly what his father had said: MORE bright lights, sounds, etc.
Interesting thing about the puzzle at the beginning that Cassie seems to have missed is that it was face down on a glass table. He did it just by looking at the shapes of the pieces not at the picture.
When The Accountant first came to theaters, one of the employees of our CPA Firm saw it. He convinced the boss to close down for an afternoon and took the whole staff to see it.
