I honestly wish that the Cavill situation was handled differently. His return shouldn't have been announced if he was not officially in the role because it just looks like they completely did him dirty 😕

Honestly, this breaks my heart. Henry was so passionate and loved the character. I loved him as superman as well. I think it's just disrespectful and unfortunate cuz Henry is such a good superman. Shame really

Wow Henry Cavill really is Superman because only Superman can be this gracious.
This feels like the ultimate punch to the gut. I was so excited to see Henry finally get another chance to play Superman again, and now it's over before it even began. Poor Henry deserved better than this BS.
Im heartbroken, Henry was my Superman, his theme inspired me and pushed me to fly. Me and my dad watched man of steel together on the way to my grandmas house, his favorite character ever being Superman. Our age long arguments of who was faster, supes or flash, the fights around the house as supes. His love for the Christopher reeves version and the symbol of supes made me love the character even more to the point of becoming one of my favorite superhero's right behind flash and sometimes even passing him haha. I've seen MoS an uncountable amount of times. Henry's love and admiration flew threw the screen in his performance and the passion and hope he managed to inject into a hopeless universe made me believe i could fly. The theme playing in my headphones when i would bike to school wind in my hair and a smile on my face, i would try to recreate the faces henry made when first flight played. Im a young adult now, when that movie came out and i was a teenager live was simple, i look back on that movie with the fondest of memories, along with things like Minecraft. Learning and growing with this movie as a guide of hope. A beacon of strength in a weak and hopeless world that i was seemingly surrounded with. Superman will continue to be my hope, to be my strength. But it will be because of Henry. Because of Henry i have a hero. I have the character my dad would pretend to be and still to this day, refers to himself as. Superman. The greatest character ever written, filmed, portrayed. Whoever they choose to dawn the S next has the greatest shadow to outshine. The light of hope from Supes will never dim. And for me, it is because of Henry.
Watching him back on bigscreen as superman. Watching him being enthusiastic and happy on interview asked about being back as superman. All of this, only to watch him once again, might be no more, walk away from the cape. Absolutely heartbreaking.
It's a very sad day for Superman and Henry Cavill fans😥
This is so sad. Bye Cavill you were a incredible Superman and you'll be missed.
