This is sad. If you're going through a divorce (still living together) and the situation is so bad, that you have to install cameras inside of your home for protection, you might want to move out of the house for your own safety. We need more discussion about depression and mental health issues in the Black community.

Roland, this is such an important issue. I hope you keep airing these conversations that we aren't having enough. Black people got so so much to deal with already and then to add these major other issues that just pile on top. Its truly a critical issue for black men even more.

A few days ago on Chicago’s westside a son killed his mother and then himself ..These situations are so sad mental health is real. My prayers and condolences to this family 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️‍🩹
