A federal judge ruled that the twice-impeached, criminally convicted felon-in-chief, Donald "The Con" Trump, could not rename or close the Kennedy Center, finding that the board violated clear legal guidelines. Another federal judge blocked payouts from the Trump administration's "Anti-Weaponization Fund." A Black Texas teen's trial for murder begins on Monday.
