Shawn, start asking your guests the specific rounds they carry in their EDC guns, we’d love to know that as well!
Probably one of our most in-depth EDC’s to date.
During the covid shutdown, my wife and I drove from Oregon over to Long beach in Washington state. Most places were closed but this one woman was running a fish & chips place off the main drag. It took forever to get our food because she was working alone. I was getting a little salty because the food was taking a while. When she called us to get our food, she included 2 little flag pins in the bag. Those little pins really touched me, and I immediately realized how wrong and awful my outlook was. How much this woman had invested in herself and helping this small community and how strong her spirit and support of the country was. That was probably 4 years ago, and I still rock that flag pen on one of my hats.
Applauding @shawnryan for staying sober with that kick ass fully stocked bar in the background
**Mythic level item** Travis Haley’s Ragged old flag: +100 Accuracy +100 sex appeal +100 durability -20 flag regulations Special abilities: Throwing star(bangle anthem) Attracts breeding season bald eagles Blinds low patriotic feeling agros Heals Korean War vets instantly Can bury mouse with full military honors
"that raggedy old flag", pure tears man! thats pride!! hell yeah!
Haley is the definition of what all Americans should strive to be. Be proud to be an American 🇺🇸
They should link all the cool stuff they show off during EDC so people can buy it
Tourniquets. Folks need to know how and when. They're deadly if used wrong, especially if you're alone. How long, for instance, can you walk with one on your upper leg. It will go to sleep quickly. Once it's on you probably can't walk out. Marine story: I was in a hardware store, close to the checkout, and I saw a Korea marine coming up to check out. Being a friendly sailor I probably said something about Uncle Sam's Misguided Children. He chuckled, the kid behind the counter said, "Thank you for your service" and we got treated to this. He'd been in the relief battalion at Chosen. All through boot camp he had no fear. Shipped to Korea he had no fear. Trucked to Chosen he had no fear. When he saw the bodies stacked on trucks waiting to be hauled out, no fear. But when he saw the blood icicles hanging from the trucks, fear set in. The clerk went pale. That's one best representations of what war actually is I've ever heard .
Dude Travis Haley is the man. I took one of his carbine fundamentals course and his CCW class with Haley Strategic. Great instructor and super humble and doesn't throw his USMC specops background in your face. He just tries to relate to you as a civilian and what you'll most likely encounter. At least that was my experience.
