The longest government shut down in US history and I didn't notice anything different in my life whatsoever
Last week: "People are starving! We need to re-open the government now! Call your local Republican senator!" Today: "I can't believe the Democrats caved and allowed the government to reopen!" The veil might as well just not be there at this point, I don't know who they think they're fooling.

My dad worked a dead end job making minimum wage and could afford health care for him and my mother, plus my two brothers and I. My wife and I make way more money than my parents ever did, adjusting for inflation as well, and we barely have any money left over after paying for ourselves and our 3 kids. The fact that people watched affordable insurance go away with Obamacare and they can’t connect the dots is very mind boggling.
Remember what Pelosi said? We have to pass the ACA to find out what is in it.........SHE SAID THIS!!!
I was infuriated that I was fined for being unable to afford health insurance under obamacare
