If I’m reviewing a PR and when I ask why code is doing something and the response is “because the AI suggested it” I’m probably rejecting it. You need to understand what the code is doing (especially in financial systems). Remember, it’s Copilot, not the captain.

I vibed a discord bot with Codex for a friend over the weekend. Was really impressed to see it one-shot pretty much every request I had... was fun watching it run the cli commands, weirdly therapeutic.
It’s only vibe coding if it comes from the Vibe region of France
