This is similar to the moment Jobs walked out on stage with Gates at Macworld Boston 1997.

Its not just data. There is thousands of small quirks and tricks when it comes to neural networks, that are spread along all the top talent, which Apple has none of.

Apple has the data they just don't know how to use it. You can't even delete your data from their cloud, they'll call it deleted, and they give you access to more space, but your data never actually gets deleted.

The thing about RCS and Google is incorrect. Google uses Signal’s end-to-end encryption. It wasn’t part of the original RCS spec because Google needed carrier support at the time. Later, Google added E2EE to the Messages app to better protect users. Apple wasn’t initially considered, as RCS wasn’t supported on iOS. Support only came later due to EU regulatory pressure, and since E2EE wasn’t included in the original spec, Apple couldn’t have implemented it anyway.
