Can't wait the prime's reaction video called : "Theo is (mostly) right about Prime"
Can't wait for my employer to assign me to night shift to save on tokens.
I miss the days where Theo and Prime would argue about inferred types vs static return types
Obsidian is (mostly) the right solution for note taking
“it’s not about revenue, it’s about freeing up compute for enterprise customers” ahhhh so it’s about revenue
Theo is mostly about AI now
Bro watched the entire Veritasium Video 🔥
theo: "prime is right about AI" also theo: "ya so hes actually completely wrong about this"
Theo mixes concepts here: price and cost are not the same. Cost is unknown, Anthropic will not tell you how much they spent on a model. Price is what is visible to you and is a business decision. Just because today you use model X and it "costs" Y dollars doesnt mean that it costed that amount. If Anthropic decides they want to compete at a loss then the visible amount is the price, not the cost. It costed more, but they are pricing it in some other way as a business decision.
theo so delulu he can't tell that all his counter arguments completely validate prime's narrative
