“If my mental health was a priority, I wouldn’t be as successful as I am today.” WOW. Powerful statement/awareness. Sad.
"When your making lots of money it's admirable, it's respectable. Those are traits we want... But when you're not successful, you're a lunatic when you have all these traits". That speaks volumes to how society views people.

“A world where I help people is more fun than a world when I don’t … and it’s really not that deep” is actually such a cool mindset to have.
First CEO that has mentioned the value of his employees over time and measuring it by also paying them more as time goes along. Rare!
"You're not the problem its your environment." That is a truth I've not heard before.
It’s crazy how we admire other people’s hard work and call it ambition… but when we work hard, we act like it’s because we’re behind or not enough. Jimmy’s story reminds me of something we all forget: most of us aren’t chasing success — we’re running from the feeling of not being safe, not being enough. A lot of kids grew up thinking they had to be strong, so they learned to work harder instead of asking for help. And the wildest part? We think we’re all so different… but we’re all carrying the same fear, just hiding it in different ways.
I've been able to see the sadness in his eyes for so long now. Hurts to see it's actually true.
