I don’t want to be liked, I just want to be left alone. I don’t want to be forced to fit in to societal norms that are already flawed. I’m not going to gossip to make friends or drink to have fun. I say hello when I see you and it’s not personal the times I don’t. It’s really that simple for me ❤

My wise aunt of 100 years old told me it’s none of your business what other people think of you! It only matters what you feel in your heart about yourself that will carry you through life through good times and bad!

To expect that a boss simply recognizes you are "awesome" and "naturally" gives you a raise, is the most naïve thing to hear about the corporate jungle.

In no circumstances have i ever seen or heard of an employer 'seeing' the hard work and just 'giving' out of the kindness of their heart. 90% of the time, hard work and skill gets one more work...

TL,DR: - Prepare topics briefly before conversations to reduce anxiety and improve flow. - Ask more questions, especially follow-ups, to show interest and deepen connection. - Use validation and receptiveness to handle disagreements constructively. - Incorporate levity and warmth to keep conversations engaging and enjoyable. - Be mindful of kindness by using respectful language and managing your energy. - Practice reframing nervousness as excitement to improve performance in high-pressure talks. - Develop self-awareness of how you come across and adjust accordingly. - Leverage conversation for building trust over time rather than expecting instant persuasion. - Navigate the digital age by maintaining authenticity and prioritizing real human connection.

At 73 I have finally come to realize that not everybody gets to be liked, loved, chosen or cared for. ACCEPTANCE is what I am shooting for at this stage of my Life and it does not come easy. I have read so many “self-help”books, watched 100s of OPRAH shows, journaled, etc. and in the end, all of it made me feel worse. So, ACCEPTANCE of the Life I have is my final landing spot and I feel more peaceful. Bless all of US who are just trying to get along and enjoy our time on Earth.

1. Ask more question, followup on the topic they are discussing. 2. Prepare topic when talking to someone in advance, keep switching topic to have more conversations. 3. Don't say I disagree or but immediately, say good thing about their though as well and pitch your thought after that. 4. When someones says some foolish or random thing, don't disagree instantly, think about that person perspective and pitch your thought. 5. Validate others thought. 6. Apologize and when you apologize, give a explanation with promise to change with concrete plan. 7. To raise salary or anything in some areas, don't ask normally i want a raise. Do this: do hard work, build reputation at first and you can prove by doing which will be remembered for long time. Also be prepared for every cases why you deserve it. 8. Nervousness make a bad decision, be prepared 9. Think or belief that you are great about the particular things before you're doing or starting it. That will boost your subconscious power( A belief is a though in your subconscious mind: The power of your subconscious mind). 10: Engage with conversation with the other persons. Just don't listen and say yeah yeah .. 11. Compliment or say something about the topic they talked early, so that it shows you were listening which shows you are interesting and interested on their thought. 12. Ask vulnerable questions about others and share your vulnerability for better transparent to open up with each other. 13. Men tends be more lonelier and have few less friends from 1990's and aren't sharing information thinking it will show weakness in them compared to women. 14. Listen more, its a great skill. 15. Strategic authenticity with better acting to maintain communication and relationship.

You can't truly be liked by using strategies that feel fake. The only real way to be liked is by liking yourself and being authentic
