The lawyers have been getting spicy with each other especially since Hannah Gutierrez was not granted Use Immunity to testify. I'll be providing gavel to gavel coverage. Karen Read's case resulted in a Mistrial. She will have a Status Conference Hearing on July 22nd at 2pmET. The Young Thug trial is postponed while his attorney is in custody for contempt. If the judge recuses himself, there is a high possibility it will result in a mistrial. A trial date has been set in the Bryan Kohberger case for June 2025. This might be a 3 month trial. There will be tons of litigation from now until then that I will continue to follow up on like the Change of Venue decision that has been pushed to August 29th.
