I’m going to give the defense an A+ for doing their job representing the defendant, even if it’s a long shot. If I’m ever a defendant I hope my counsel attempts to argue established laws with fresh interpretations on my behalf.
I just survived Halloween as an elementary school teacher. Pray for us tomorrow, y’all.
Replay Crew here with a Monty Python Halloween story! So, the high school I graduated from used to go real hard into Halloween costumes. And our Latin class dressed up as the monks from the Holy Grail, with the wooden boards, walking around school and chanting while hitting themselves in the forehead. It is one of, if not the, most memorable Halloween costumes I've ever seen.
Hey Emily! I am a historian and it is actually the Salem Witch trials of 1692 that ultimately lead courts to stop using "spectral evidence". ❤
59:18 lmao I have a buddy who's a cop and whenever he's called to a scene involving people tweaking out, he likes to use words like "shenanigans" and "hootenanny" because he told me using goofy words helps break the tension sometimes because a lot of them will pause what they're doing 😂
Thank. you for keep us up to date about the Idaho case. Replay Crew.
" DO YOU KNOW HOW LAW WORKS?!?!?!?!?!?" THIS gives me LIFE!!!!
“Lengthy Brief” is an oxymoron 😂
Wow! The sound from this courtroom is so much better than the last time I tried to watch a Koberger report from Emily. Thank you if this is because of your efforts. ❤
I’m so glad you said something about graduating in 1996, not 2006. When you said that I was like, “What?! She said she’s a 90’s kid, not a 90’s baby!” I was confused and disappointed. I graduated in ‘92. Gen Xers unite! 🤟🏼😝🤟🏼
