The California State Bar has issued an open letter detailing the 40 years of complaints against Tom Girardi and finally Federal Judge Durkin issued a scathing order calling the actions of Girardi “certainly criminal”. It’s been over a month since I have checked into the Girardi case and it’s incredible how much breaking news there has been in this case.
