Having previously worked at an acct firm this could all be done in weeks. You put an acct in the trusts office, work from their computer, and do an audit. It would NEVER take years unless your acct person is being paid under the table to stall. This stinks to high heaven!

Having no personal experience with conservatorships, my mind is literally boggled at how much additional cost the COURT seems to be putting on Britney by pushing crucial hearings further and further down the road while wasting time entertaining arguments in court on motions that should have been easily dealt with like this motion to seal. With how obvious a violation of previous seals on documents, why did ANY extra time or argument need to be spent on this when the judge could and should have just immediately granted Rosengart's motion to seal the violative filing????? Yeeted would not keep filing such wasteful and stalling motions if the court did not keep allowing and entertaining them. I just do not get how the court doesn't focus on the real matters at hand, like settling accounts or punishing malfeasance, and push back these other things that keep popping up. It just seems so obvious that this court is and has always been complicit in the financial exploitation of Britney and her estate through this conservatorship and it is infuriating to witness as an outsider, I cannot imagine how hard it continues to be for Britney.

If I feel stressed with all of this, I can't imagine how Britney is doing. She probably can't believe that all of this is taking so long. What a shitty family she has!

This has to be one of the biggest scams in history. How in the world does the sole bread winner of a family (who’s actively working!) get deemed ‘incompetent’ by the very people who live off of her? I'm sure part of why the public failed to question it for so long was that it's literally SO absurd, no one believed the court would or COULD sanction this level of corruption right before our very eyes.

Thank you for shining light on this Emily. My mom is in an abusive guardianship by my sister in assisted living facility in Oregon. They won't let me see her. I have learned how to write a few court docs myself and have made bits of headway but not enough. Can't afford attorneys anymore. The facility litigated against me and my sister continues to file abuse of process cases against me or lawsuits in my mom's name that later get dismissed. Now she's put my mom on fraudulent hospice. My mom's money is spent to keep her imprisoned. The playbook is unfortunately isolate the victim target the advocates and funnel the money...I've reached out to several organizations but worry reform will be too late for my mom so I'm doing this myself. Please pray for my mom I'm not giving up. People suppressing rights of vulnerable is abhorrent...
