I’m already tired of Terry Sanderson. I believe he has these medical issues, but that does not mean it’s Gwyneth Paltrow’s fault. Relevance!
My mother has had a minimum of 2 TBI in her life. Now that she is over 70 her decline is pronounced and it makes her very angry. She also fills in her memory in unpredictable ways, including but not limited to working in stories or characters she has heard about or watched on TV. This way she copes with memory loss by being certain of what happened even if it doesn’t make any sense. It’s very difficult to know which TBI is exaggerating her symptoms or what would have been her natural decline.
I have such a hard time believing that Deer Valley employees just left him face down in the snow - and one just picked him up and then left without talking to him.
He said he doesn’t take risks anymore. But his docs told him he could be full-time in a nursing home if he skied again and crashed, yet he went back several times. I think this goes to the point that even the day of the accident, he was willing to “take risks” that he shouldn’t.
Craig Ramon really strikes me as “Well, shit. I ran my mouth thinking it was *cool* that my buddy had an accident with a celebrity, but now I have to actually sit here and tell the truth and I’m ashamed of being the gossip ring leader back then just for kicks and some twisted cred.”
When he feels the answers will benefit his case he is very certain and remembers. When he thinks the answer might be detrimental he leans into the I can’t remember. It feels very calculated.
He made himself a hero in his story and according to him that's probably why he broke his ribs because he pushed himself to the right to avoid the skiers on the left.
My mom is 74 and she's had a lot of similar symptoms and a dramatic decline in the past year or so, no injuries involved. Her doctors seem to think it's just aging aggravated by anxiety. Being a very high functioning individual and suddenly not, is really scary and frustrating. I'm just not sold on his case.
He talks fine. He is a story teller like his daughters.
Terry and his daughters definitely watched each other testify
