So random but I have to say- you doing the littlest things like talking quietly because you figured people turned their volume up since the attorney walked away from the mic, just shows how much you care. Such a little thing that you may have done subconsciously, but made me smile :)
"Sir, I would have been 9 in 2009" QUOTE OF THE TRIAL!!!!! Sorry for the caps, but I am screaming
4:46 🙋🏼♀️🗂️ My great-great-great Grandfather invented those accordion folders you love so much, way back in 1876, and we still make them in Philadelphia today! (Alvah Bushnell co.) Six generations and still going... ... I like them too. They are pretty handy!
The irony of her telling the 911 operator to hurry when she took all the time in the world to call them in the first place! 😡🙄😡 She's infuriating!
and, suddenly, I realize the importance of my 70 years of experience with zippers. I’m available as an expert witness if needed.
Emily, I appreciate the way you pause & explain, it makes all the difference. I’ve watched you since the Depp v Heard trial. Thank You.
I like how the prosecution is presenting witnesses and exhibits in the chronological sequence of events.
"Do you have significant experience with zippers?" Will live rent free in my brain!
Defense: “it was an accident but if it wasn’t an accident she did it to protect herself” Prosecution: “That’s not how logic works…”
If I found out that Emily D Baker called me a good witness during a murder trial, I'd be so flattered and over the moon.
