I 100% believed the judge was the one who confused the jury.

Attorney Weinberg is highly respected and regarded within Massachusetts…it’s a brilliant move by the defense to have him…he is one of a very few in the Commonwealth where judges are honored to have him in their session

Am I the only person that remembers the judge specifically telling them NOT to fill out the verdict form until they have come to conclusions on all charges ? How did they know they wouldn’t get a chance to do that after being deadlocked on one charge?

The DA doesn’t want justice. They just want to blame Karen and send her to jail. I never see a DA like this.

I think the prosecution needs to be pulled aside and asked why is he so determined to prosecute this case after hearing this from the jurors. He seems more motivated to put KR away than real justice. He should be seriously questioned because this is feeling more and more like malicious prosecution.

I think Bev knew EXACTLY what she was doing when she did not make further inquiries with the jury before calling it a mistrial. While there are people stating that we should have more respect for Bev because she is a judge, I strongly feel that individuals earn respect. It doesn't just come because someone has received a specific degree or given a certain role. From what I've seen Bev exhibit, she is not worthy of the respect worthy of her role.
