The rare earths limitation IS baked in the cake! And Macgregor is right. The US is just a bully - and has been for decades, just not so obviously - and - We are throwing a tantrum because the rest of the world won't do what we want. The US needs to grow up!

US is a shadow of itself, waste so much money on weapons the economic infrastructure is 1981 era at best. As a American who lived thru the glory decades from 1950 to 1980 I just shake my head in embarrassment and disbelief of the gross stupidity Reagan till today
