One of the downsides of "everyone can do it" when it comes to inherently complex engineering tasks is that you'll end up with a lot of episodes of "Engineering Disasters". Even smart and talented engineers make mistakes, but if you have countless hacks in it for quick profit the rot grows much faster. The more this kind of stuff happens the more damage is done to the trust people have in the medium in general. I think we're flirting with disaster with the whole AI coding stuff...
