We always said "Writing code is easy, reading code is hard", we made the easy (and fun) part easier, and the hard part harder... good job.

Why dont the vibe coder bros just make their own os. It should be easy since they write 250k lines of code a day or w/e.
I wish I could've started my career in the 90s instead of the 20s... Alas.
I review harder when it's ai because my coworkers have built up trust over years

IMO this all goes back to the old rule "avoid refactoring code that already works and is already readable." It's always been a recipe for slipping in little regressions like this. Unfortunately LLMs make it easier than ever to click "yeah ok" to the idea of writing and applying these at scale.
Man I always think about Aaron Schwartz and the injustice he and his family suffered. Thanks for bringing this up.
