A large company trying to work like a startup is like a grown ass man acting like a child in the hopes that he will grow into 30 foot man weighing 800kg.
So juniors and mids are writing code much faster due to AI driven sloppification, and seniors are expected to review it? Despite being a stupidly slow approach, it also sounds like a burnout speedrun for those seniors

Reviewing code 24/7 would be the worst job in the IT world.
