Learning to be okay with being hungry is the important thing in my opinion
Where is that awesome person who is breaking this down to bullet points for me?
Another aspect not directly related to this is eating when one ISN'T hungry. Sometimes we eat because we're bored, or we're stressed, or we're depressed, or we don't want to disappoint the person who cooked something for us. I recall reading of a study where participants were allowed to eat whatever they wanted...PROVIDED they were actually hungry when they ate. The intervention produced significant weight loss. Inducing and sustaining (healthy) weight loss and maintenance takes all sorts of tactics. People need to take advantage of every avenue they can.
You forgot the ground mustard! :) Actually I have been having crazy success with a lot of foods listed here - haven't had this much control over my hunger in a long time.
I remember hearing you talk about how to activate GLP1 long before ozempic even came out.
"blueberries still take the cake!" LOL! Thanks, Thomas! I needed that! 😁
Thank you, Thomas for the video. Love Butcher Box grass fed grass finished meat.❤
Am downloading audio, thanks in advance Thomas looks great!
Thank you Thomas! I'm glad you listed Shiritake Noodles, flax seeds and chia seeds. I've got plenty on hand. Might buy some Inulin to experiment with in some Keto recipes.
another excellent presentation! learned so much, thanks :)
