Since I’m early. I love how people come in and complain about him always having something new to do fasting wise or a new supplement. That’s the whole point of the channel. To keep us updated on the new research and benefits. Lmao
I'm literally not hungry in the morning and haven't been in 10 or more years. I dont get hungry until 12pm-1pm. I would have to force myself to eat.
I've recently switched from 16-8 fasting to 12-12 fasting because my sleep was terrible. I've also switched from two meals per day to three meals a day, eating the same amount of calories. I'm seeing big benefits with gaining deeper and REM sleep, and I lost a few more pounds of fat. Plus, my blood pressure is better too. Keeping it simple.
the more i learned about nutrition, the more i came to the realization that grandma and granddad were not that wrong all along, driven by necessity and scarcity, but pretty damn good
I have practiced the traditional approach for over a decade. 16:8-18:6 and even the omad. Now im consuming in a window of 7am to 11am. This is mindblowing how much better I feel. Sleep is better than I have had in years. Another change and this point was made in the video. Sunday is a feast day. No restrictions. Thats also a surprising benefit. Excellent video
Thankful for Thomas keeping abreast of advances in science, and for having the character to share them, even at the expense of a previous assertion.
