So nice seeing 2 grown men have a discussion properly

I'm an hour and a half in and I'm absolutely loving this conversation. I like how Bret and Tucker can talk from two separate worldviews and arrive at a similar perspective, both from a religious perspective and from a scientific perspective. It's very refreshing to see a sense of respect from both sides of the aisle and how each side is searching for answers about the human experience. I love how they can both talk about religion and science in a civil manner, as this is how it should be. "Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord..." - Isaiah 1:18. As a student of science and a former biology teacher, it is unimaginable to me that anyone who studies the detail of the universe could possibly come to the conclusion that there is not a Creator. From the vastness of the universe, the details within cellular and atomic structures… the perfection and beauty of untouched ecosystems… The miracle of DNA coding and therefore birth… WATER…I can go on and on and on…clearly there is a designer, a Creator… in addition, the incredible beauty of love and compassion… deep feelings and deep thought… The brain is the universe in and of itself. Everything perfectly designed. How could one come to the conclusion that this all came about by chance… Because without order there would be chaos. I will shout until the day I pass from this life… Psalm 19: 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. 2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. I am going to commit to praying for you Brett Weinstein. I pray that you truly come to know how much your Creator loves you.

I don't get why we are so adamant supporters of Israel!!!! We need to be AMERICA FIRST and everyone else can duke it out!! We can help with peace but HELL no to war !!! We have so many issues in our own country.....

As a human being, you can never explain God. We ARE NOT built to comprehend anything outside of this realm. To believe otherwise is arrogant. No matter how much you think you know, or how "educated" you believe you are, the reality is you don't know anything.

This is refreshingly intelligent...I levelled up ALOT just listening to both of you ...I highly enjoy bret on any podcast...your education is not lacking it shows We should all aspire to educate to the depth and openness you present if a person listens I'm not sure how anyone could assume your in one camp or the other...we obviously have multiple camps...
