Description

There are a bunch of different transitions happening right now — all at the same time, all heading in the same direction. Knowledge going public, products becoming APIs, consumers disappearing, enterprises becoming graphs, automation replacing labor, humans going post-corporate, cybersecurity becoming AI vs. AI, industries inverting into use cases, everything going custom, and all of it converging on ideal state management. This is my attempt to wrap all of that into a single mental model — a container you can use so that when the next big AI announcement drops, you're not surprised. You just nod and say, yeah, that fits. Let me know what you think of this direct, conversational format.

I really appreciate your work Daniel. You are a generous person. The Red Team tool in PAI alone is a tremendous gift. I challenge anyone running the latest PAI to have it run a scan of your environment. You'll be astounded at what it finds and the fixes it proposes. If you don't have PAI installed set it up and give it a go. It will change how you understand interact with these technologies. Thank you. Its good to know we have folk like you out there as we go through this transition.

Your thinking has always been super early Daniel. My work is the proof of that as a listener of yours and someone who's work was deeply influenced by your thinking from a few years back. Thank you for that and for continuing to make content like this

This format is really really great! Please More - i love the direct and to the point analysis. Cleary its different and has a much better taste than the old stuff ! (Great Stuff anyway) but this is exactly what i was expecting from Kai and Daniel !

Great stuff! The ideal state concept seems obvious when you think about it but the complexity is in the transition and avoiding over optimization. It's an interesting vision of human services, I struggle seeing it being sustainable before the corporate collapse but one can hope.

Lots to think about here. As a non technical person I loved the conversational style. Thanks

I’ve been working on this problem for about four years now and it’s fascinating to see alignment emerge. I should probably schedule some time to get your take on my approach.
