I ramble quite a bit at first, skip to 06:04 for the actual business money making apps.
I struggle with the idea of making money on something like spreadsheet assistants when (a) anyone can get that for essentially "free" and (b) people who don't know you can get it for free would have to find this product and be convinced to buy it. My mistake is that assuming a business has to be novel and useful, when really it seems to be about selling an idea to the right people. It just feels wrong.
