no one sees it coming (except Google)
Google’s Quiet Roadmap to AI Supremacy: Solving Chips, Energy, and Learning Hurdles
Discover the overlooked Google research papers detailing solutions to the three biggest bottlenecks crippling current AI: compute shortage, energy dependency, and the inability of models to learn continuously.
Short Summary
- Uncover how Google’s "Nested Learning" framework addresses LLM memory limitations, mimicking human neuroplasticity for true on-the-job learning.
- Analyze Google’s long-term energy solution: Project Suncatcher, aiming to power data centers via space-based solar arrays by 2035.
- Recognize that Google’s proprietary TPU architecture (Ironwood 7) positions them as a direct, self-sufficient competitor to GPU suppliers like Nvidia.
- See evidence that LLMs build complex geometric maps for reasoning, invalidating the "stochastic parrot" argument.
This video breaks down fundamental research released by Google that addresses the essential challenges facing all frontier AI labs. The analysis focuses on proprietary advancements in continuous learning, hardware independence, and energy procurement, suggesting Google is constructing an integrated, long-term infrastructure that could outlast competitors struggling with short-term resource constraints.

When Wes says its not click bait or hype.....its certainly click bait and hype.....LOL😅
If Google wins, their AGI will be so full of guardrails and restrictions that nobody can use them like they want to
