Universe could be an art installation, but my theory is full of holes
Makes sense to me Anton I always thought there was more to black holes than meets the eye
Thank you Anton for being so calm and quiet - too many YTers shout and are too excited which I don't enjoy
First question, If black holes are cosmologically coupled to expansion and effectively contribute to dark energy, does that imply the total dark energy density should slowly evolve as black holes grow and merge over cosmic time? I wonder if that could leave a measurable signature in galaxy evolution or the expansion history.
An interesting extrapolation of this idea is that if black hole growth reduces, then expansion could become negative. This could eventually result in a Big Crunch like evolution. But, even more interesting, as that crunch happens, matter would get closer and potentially produce more black holes causing positive expansion again. If repeated multiple times, it would be like a Big Ringdown of the universe instead.
4:56 Wait a minute, wouldn’t that also explain why we’re seeing primordial galaxies with engine black holes which are seemingly way more massive than what should be possible?
Fascinating. But I'm suspicious of purely mathematical "proofs" of astronomical phenomena. BTW, I always liked the term Hubble "Parameter" as opposed to "Constant"--at least that recognizes that we have not nailed it down. [It's not aliens; it's black holes!]
Fascinating, thank you again and again ;)
That would add a layer to the composition of matter
