I respect this channel but I cannot help myself in saying this; my grandmother used to spend hours in a bathtub full of water to the rim and she gave each and every one of her children fish names, could this be genetic?

8:26 It’s not that the dominant species are “weaker”. It’s that the species that were extremely well-fitted to their environment, would fail to adapt to the new one. Small generalists living at the margins with short life cycles (meaning those that mature and breed quickly) are more likely to be able to adapt after the reset.
