I would love if we would go back to glass, ceramics, metal like when I was a kid in the 60's
I think the number one source would be take out coffee cups. Paper cups lined with plastics, release a crazy amount, when the boiling hot coffee comes in contact. Buy a metal travel mug not to save the environment, but your life.
He doesn't get to info on how to eliminate microplastics until 7:12. Good explanations from that point
Advocate no plastic by buying your product that is in glass rather than plastic jars. If everyone did this, industry would quickly adapt back to glass.
We need to go back to recyclable glass. The same kind like the 8pack bottles with a 10cent return on each bottle.

As a big soup eater, I just found out that soup from cans have 10x the microplastics than soup in glass jars, etc. 😬
