They freeze rent but not property taxes…even during Covid landlords had to pay property tax even though they couldn’t collect rent

I am a woman and I was an electrician. It wrecked my body out there in hundred degree heat pulling in undergrounds, carrying conduit long distances, up and down stairs, running the hammer drill, etc. It's certainly possible and I'm sure there are some badass women out there that don't struggle at all, but it certainly isn't easy and it isn't for the overwhelming majority of women.

I'm 71 and I started working in my neighborhood at age 12 shoveling snow, raking leaves, mowing grass, washing cars, and any other way of making money to buy the things I wanted. My parents gave me a small amount of money for doing choirs. I never stopped working for a living until I retired, and now I am in my recliner typing this message.
