As terrible as this is, I believe the fact that she 1. Stopped herself and 2. Confessed to everything speaks volumes. This woman was not ok mentally and the signs were there. The husband, family and friends were aware and chose to ignore the signs. She isn’t the only one that failed these kids. Praying for them.

Who name their kids after alcohol, they hate their own kids

It’s more like she wants to die herself but doesn’t want to leave them behind rather then just hates them. Still messed up

It sounds like she was suffering from post natal depression, which is a really serious illness. Yes, she needs to be locked up for a period of time for attempted murder. Though I think she should go to a mental health facility and be held within the confines of that

She is surrounded by people who have never been depressed.

I really think people who harm their kids are in a state of psychosis. It really appears she was begging for help in her post and felt alone

I am heartbroken for this mama. I am so sorry to these kids. I am married to a great husband /father and a SAHM.... IT IS HARD. IT TAKES ALLLLLL OF YOU. My personal family gives me no support and I live in a foreign country with no real friends. I can't imagine how low this mama felt. She was a great mother, until she wasn't. However, this case is special. She wasn't brutal. She was strangely thoughtful and even caring while she was doing something so horrible. She couldn't watch her kids suffer through the act of dying. So even then her motherly instincts fought back and she brought her kids back inside. I hope this mama gets the help she needs. I hope her children can forgive her. I hope their lives get better. I pray that my dark days as a mama NEVER get this dark. ❤❤❤❤

First impression was that she’s another evil parent but the fact that she stopped and called for help changes a lot. That was a conscience speaking. Not concerned about hiding her own crimes and avoiding accountability, just wanted to save their lives.

I’m a single father who’s had severe mental health issues that I kept to myself 98% of the time. Then a few years ago I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and sought help. Went to rehab, got sober, had a great counselor, great psychiatrist and other support. But do you know what happened when I said “I need help”? My ex immediately filed for full custody. I lost a year of time with my son battling in courts, proving that I’m ok. I’m not justifying her actions by any means. But, I can put myself in her shoes and know she probably felt no other way out. That’s a hard place to be
