Today weโ€™re going on an extreme street food and seafood tour in Busan - get prepared for some of the best local Korean food. Jagalchi Market, Busan, South Korea - No trip to Busan is complete without visiting the main seafood market where you can literally busy anything from the sea - itโ€™s supposedly the biggest seafood market in South Korea. You can buy fresh seafood and go to a restaurant upstairs to cook and eat it. Price at seafood meal: 90,000 KRW ($67.38 USD) for seafood Baekhwa Yang-gobchang (๋ฐฑํ™”์–‘๊ณฑ์ฐฝ) - When people in th seafood industry want to eat, they might be pretty tired of seafood, and so one of the historical foods to eat in Busan is actually intestines bbq at the market. They grill it right in front of you, the big and small intestines. Itโ€™s an amazing experience! Price at intestines bbq: 75,000 KRW ($56.15 USD) for everything Gukje Milmyeon (๊ตญ์ œ๋ฐ€๋ฉด) - Thereโ€™s nangmyeon in the north, but in the south of Busan, milmyeon is the noodle of choice, and itโ€™s a Korean food you donโ€™t want to miss. Price: 9,000 KRW ($6.74 USD) per bowl Gukje Market Food Street (๊ตญ์ œ์‹œ์žฅ) - Next up on this Korean street food tour in Busan we visited the Gukje Market for some of the most iconic street food snacks. Amnam Park - Pojang Macha - Lastly thereโ€™s no Korean food experience quite like eating at a Pojang Macha, a tent on the side of the sea where people come to eat and drink and grill trays of seafood with butter and cheese! Busan is a fantastic city and a must visit destination if you love Korean food! Thank you to KTO (Korea Tourism Organization) for sponsoring and making my trip to South Korea happen! This series is legit the greatest showcase of Korean cuisine for a Western audience of all time. These are unique experiences that most non-Koreans would never even conceive of. We should all feel lucky to enjoy it. Thank you Mark! And also the Korean Tourism Board for curating such a great trip

Busan is really one of the world's top seafood destinations. Came back from a 2-week vacation there about 4 months ago and still missing that beautiful city dearly. I can eat every single seafood offering in Korea EXCEPT sea pineapples. Those really throw me off. ๐Ÿ˜… Also, one of the best times to go is also during Korea's oyster season. They're cheap, huge, fresh, clean and absolutely tasty.

๊ณฑ์ฐฝ (Small Intestines) is one of my favorite food in the world. It is something quite unique and every couple of month I have to have it with a bottle of Soju and 2-3 friends. Food is such a great part of living in Korea:)

I think Mark's new permanent residence will be in South Korea ๐Ÿคฃ I'm a seafood NUT and this looks like heaven to me. We had a place with live tanks like this when I as a child growing up in South Louisiana. It was like a live aquarium to me as a child but we would eat what we chose from the tanks just like this place! You could also always find live shrimp, crabs and oysters straight off the boats. I live in the midwest now (Denver) and really miss the fresh seafood more than anything else.

I love the way Mark knows the food is scolding hot, yet eats anyway.

How Korean food does not have limits. From root vegetables to land meat to seafood to fermentation knowledge. When it comes to Korean food, do not be deceived by the look and smell because you will regret immediately. Oddly finding yourself growing into it.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

That Busan seafood market feast was a steal. Yes, Koreans don't waste any part. The intestine fried rice at the end was worth waiting for. Love how you drank the water from the water kimchi at the end.
