I always enjoyed Mark's positivity and passion for food/life, but this video brought tears to my eyes because I was born and raised in Chongqing. Although now I have established a life and career overseas, my hometown will always have a tender spot in my heart. Love the food and people there.

I wish Chinese-American food was more like this. I hear that we have the sugary glazed version because of the 'preferred American palette', but I'm willing to bet this would be way more popular than the stuff we get.
