Former Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn has quit the force and announced he’s running for Congress as a Democrat in a suburban Maryland district to replace retiring Democrat Paul Sarbanes. Dunn’s campaign is, not surprisingly, centered around defeating the anti-democratic forces who stormed the Capitol on January 6.
